Sole Usage Agreement

VIP cards are given as gifts to our team members in recognition of their service. They are intended solely for use by the original recipient and their immediate family. All designated users, including the original recipient, must have their license plate registered using this form.

VIP cards are non-transferable. Cards suspected of fraudulent registrations, of being gifted, or of being sold will be deactivated without notice to the cardholder.
